To contact us for general enquiries, please log into Hub and visit the ‘Help’ section.

For urgent Live Order support:

For help logging into Hub, tablet and printer maintenance:

For changing of bank details:

To access the New bank Detail change process, please go to: Partner Hub account > Settings section > Payments tab If you have Admin rights for your Hub account, you will be able to access the new form here.
