In Hub you can add, edit and remove item photos in your menu. This article explains how to manage item photos and what happens after you upload a photo.
Before uploading an item photo, make sure it meets our image requirements. You can find full guidance on image layout, crop, file type and ownership in How to upload your own photos in Menu Manager.

Once uploaded, your item photo will go through a quality check. If the photo is approved, it can continue through the publishing flow. Some photos may need human review before they appear on your menu.
Where available, image enhancement may help improve eligible issues such as lighting, colour saturation, blurry images, background clutter and minor framing. If enhancement is available, you can review the improved version and choose whether to accept it or replace the image.

What happens after you upload an item photo?
After you upload an item photo, it will go through a quality check.
Your photo may be:
Approved — the image can continue through the publishing flow.
Rejected — you’ll see a reason and guidance on what to fix.
Needs human review — some photos may still need to be checked manually.
Where available, image enhancement may help improve some eligible issues, such as lighting, colour saturation and blurry images. If enhancement is available, you can review the improved version and choose whether to accept it or replace the image.
If your image is rejected or cannot be enhanced, you’ll need to upload a new photo.
What happens if your item photo is rejected?
If your item photo is rejected, you’ll see the reason in Menu Manager. You may be asked to enhance or replace the photo.
If image enhancement is available, click Enhance photo. You’ll be able to compare the original image with the enhanced version.
If you’re happy with the enhanced photo, select Accept, then click Enhance photo. If you don’t want to use it, click Replace photo and upload a different image.
Once the enhanced photo has been added to the item, click Save, then Publish for the change to appear on your menu.
