How to add a picker to your store (Retail & Grocery partners only)

You must create a picker login before a team member can use the Deliveroo Order Picker.

How to create a new picker login

Follow these steps in the Partner Hub:

  1. Log in to the Partner Hub.

  2. Go to the Team section.

  3. Scroll down to the purple band.

  4. Select 'Add a new picker'
    (Do not select 'Invite a team member.')

  5. Enter the following details:

    • Picker’s name

    • Username

    • Password

    • Level of access (select which site they will be picking for)

  6. Select Add picker.

The login will be created immediately.


After creating the login

Once the picker has been added:

  • They can download the Deliveroo Order Picker onto a compatible device.

  • They should log in using the credentials you created.
