Understanding your monthly platform fees (UAE)

From 1 February 2026, Deliveroo UAE is introducing a monthly platform fee for all restaurants. This fee ensures your accounts stay active on the platform and you continue to benefit from Deliveroo’s services. This fee will appear as a single monthly deduction on your invoice.

Why are we introducing these fees?

What happens if a partner wants to cancel their contract with Deliveroo and stop receiving fees?

As per our standard T&Cs, if a partner wishes to cancel its contract with Deliveroo, a 30 day notice period is required. After this period, the contract will be cancelled and no further fees will be deducted beyond the end date.
