Rider Check-in: Short Installation Guide

Simple steps to order and activate your Rider Check-in Tag in your order collection point

Each installation kit includes:

  • 2x Rider Check-in Tags.
    (Dimensions: 9cm x 9cm or 3.54in x 3.54in)

  • 1x installation guide. Easy-to-follow instructions on how and where to hang your poster, the tag, and how to request tag activation.

It is now time to activate your Rider Check-in Tags following six simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Partner Hub App on the mobile app or by clicking the button below:

  2. Click the 'Settings' tab on the left-hand toolbar

  3. Select 'Rider Check-in' > 'Register Tags' > 'Start Registration'

  4. Enter the 1st Tag ID twice and click 'Next'

  5. Enter the 2nd Tag ID twice and click 'Next - place tags'

  6. Install Tags in your chosen collection point and click 'Go live'

The Tags will immediately be activated and Riders will start tapping the Tags before they can collect orders.

If you are having issues accessing Partner Hub, then Tag activations can be requested here. Please allow for 2-3 working days for the Tags to be activated, after completing the form.

If you have multiple Deliveroo brands based at your site (e.g. Virtual Brands, Signature etc.), repeat the above steps for each brand, entering the same Tag IDs for each brand. The tags will then be registered to each brand based at your site.
