How to update your pickers’ login details (Retail & Grocery partners only)

You can use Hub to manage usernames and passwords for staff using the Deliveroo Order Picker.

How to update picker login details

Follow these steps to view or edit your team’s credentials:

  1. Log in to the Partner Hub.

  2. Go to the Team section.

  3. Scroll down to the purple bar (below the Add a new picker button).

  4. You will see the following columns:

    • Name

    • Username

    • Role

  5. Select the pencil icon next to the relevant picker.

  6. Update the username and/or password.

  7. Click Save changes.

The changes will apply immediately.

After updating login details

Once credentials have been updated:

  • The picker can download the Deliveroo Order Picker onto a compatible device.

  • They should log in using the updated username and password.
