How to allow Deliveroo on your store’s network (Retail & Grocery partners only)

This article explains how to configure your store network so the Deliveroo Order Picker works correctly.

If your store Wi-Fi is centrally managed (for example by head office or a third-party IT provider), security settings may block the Order Picker from connecting.

Why this matters

The Deliveroo Order Picker relies on specific domains to function.

If your network uses:

  • Domain blocking

  • IP filtering

  • TLS (Transport Layer Security) interception

  • Firewall or gateway controls

You must ensure Deliveroo domains are allowed (whitelisted).

If these domains are blocked, the Order Picker may not load, sync, or process orders correctly.

What you need to do

  1. Share the list of domains below with your IT team.

  2. Ask them to confirm that these domains are whitelisted.

  3. Confirm that no firewall or TLS interception rules are interfering with these connections.

Intercom

Essential:

Please refer to the documents outlined by Intercom here for optional domains.

Important: TLS connection requirements

If your network uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) controls:

Some firewall or gateway mechanisms may interfere with:

  • TLS session initiation

  • Certificate validation

  • Key exchange or verification

If these mechanisms affect the domains listed above, the Order Picker may not function correctly.

To ensure proper performance:

  • Do not apply TLS interception to the listed domains.

  • Confirm certificates and secure sessions can be established without modification.

If you are still experiencing connectivity issues

If the Order Picker continues to experience network issues after whitelisting:

  1. Confirm with your IT team that all domains and ports are correctly allowed.

  2. Check that no additional firewall or filtering policies are affecting the device.

  3. Contact Deliveroo via Partner Hub for further support.

If you’d like, I can also tighten this further to reduce length while keeping all technical detail intact.
