The Order Picker helps your team manage customer orders quickly and accurately.
How it works
When a new order comes in:
You will receive a notification on the device.
Tap the notification to review the items in the order.
You can then begin picking.
How to pick items
Take the first item from the shelf.
On the device, swipe the item from left to right.
The item will move from “In picking” to “Picked.”
Continue marking items as picked as you collect them from the shelves.
How to substitute an item
If an item is out of stock, you can substitute it with an alternative.

How to remove an item
If an item is unavailable and you are not substituting it:
Swipe the item from right to left.
Options will appear.
Select Remove.
The item will move to the removed section.
How to undo a substitution or removal
If you find the original item after substituting or removing it, you can undo the action.
To undo a substitution:
Tap Picked at the top.
Select the substituted item.
Swipe right to left.
Tap Undo.
To undo a removal:
Tap Removed at the top.
Select the item.
Swipe right to left.
Tap Undo.
How to complete an order
Once all items are picked:
Tap Complete order at the bottom of the screen.
After selecting Complete order:
You can no longer edit the order.
Important:
Remember to press the Complete order button so that we can educate our rider dispatch and arrival model.
Handing the order to a rider
Once completed, the order will move to Rider collecting.
You will be able to see:
The rider’s status
How far away they are
When handing over the order:
Confirm the rider has the correct order.
After collection, the order status will update to Rider delivering.
Viewing past orders
If you need to check a previous order:
Go to Past orders.
You can view orders from the last few days.
