You can use Hub for quick partner solutions using the 'Help' tab

Do you have a problem you need sorting, or a question you need answered?

Simply submit a request in Partner Hub to get a quick solution for your any issues you're having.

Find out how, in three easy steps

Step 1: Log in to Partner Hub, click the 'Help' tab and find the 'Get in touch' section.

You can also search our Help Centre for relevant information by clicking on the ‘Help Centre’ button.

If you cannot log into your Partner Hub account, please contact our Live Order support teams.

Step 2: To submit your query, complete the form by selecting a topic and sub-topic.

If you’d like to, you can also add a few sentences to help our support team deal with your request faster.

There is also the option to attach a file or screenshot.

Step 3: Once you've completed this information, click ‘Submit’.

Once you’ve submitted your request a dark grey pop-up message will appear, confirming your submission.

That’s it! Our team will get back to you as soon as we can.
