Delivery settings is a feature in the Hub available to restaurants who have their own riders in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy and Belgium.

You’ll be able to reach customers in new areas and have full control over the fees you charge.

To access delivery settings log into Hub. You’ll find it on the left-hand side of the navigation bar.

With the delivery settings feature you’ll be able to:

  • Increase your site's delivery radius

  • Choose up to 5 delivery areas (radii) in Ireland, Northern Ireland, France, Italy and Belgium

  • Set your delivery fee and minimum order value

  • Partners in the UK are able to activate and deactivate multiple postcode areas

Changing your Delivery distance, delivery fee and minimum order value

  • Make sure you zoom in/or out to see the whole map

  • Select delivery distance by moving the slider

  • Enter minimum order value a customer will need to order from you

  • Enter the delivery fee you would like to charge

  • Select save to save your changes

Please note that once you select your preferences on delivery settings, you will have a circular delivery area and cannot revert back to your previous delivery area.

UK partners (excluding Northern Ireland) are additionally able to select and deactivate post code area.

Can I set different delivery fees and minimum order values for different times of day?

No, it’s not possible to do this just yet, but we are always looking to improve our product. We’ll let you know if we’re making any changes.

Within one delivery area, can I set a variable delivery fee, depending on order value?

No, it’s not possible to do this just yet, but we are always looking to improve our product. We’ll let you know if we’re making any changes.

Can I deliver to specific postcodes?

UK partners (excluding Northern Ireland) can deliver to specific postcode areas by selecting the areas you would like to deliver in.

If you like, you can also ‘deactivate’ postcodes to stop delivering to a particular area.

How does this work with payments and invoicing?

Once you've updated your delivery fee, any orders delivered will be invoiced to you at the new delivery fee you have set. On your invoice, you will see a rebate for your total delivery fees and the corresponding number of orders.

Why can’t I set a higher delivery fee?

Delivery fees are capped to ensure that we delivery fees remain acceptable to customers. This helps to ensure customers continue to order from your restaurant and from Deliveroo in the future.
