Why are all my orders being rejected?

If you do not see the order on the tablet screen and they only appear as rejected, this is due to a network issue. 

The Deliveroo app is set to automatically reject orders after 10 minutes to make sure the customer are not left waiting. Please connect your tablet to the internet or contact your Internet provider if the issue persists.
