Check if your printer is connected
- Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your tablet
- ‘Jolimark TP510@ or ‘20:2C:B7@ should be visible as an Available/Paired Device.
- The pin to connect the printer to the tablet is 1234.
Make sure your tablet is not on Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode
If the printer is connected and still not printing, it might be that the tablet is set to Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode, which blocks the Bluetooth signal
This happens even if the Bluetooth signal shows up, so please always check that Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode are disabled.
For ASUS tablets:
- Go to Settings
- Select ‘do not disturb’
- Set it to ‘set manually’.
- Then select ‘do not disturb off’.
For EXERTIS tablets:
- Go to Settings
- Select ‘turn off’ under ‘do not disturb’.
- If you see an Airplane symbol in the top right corner of the screen and click ‘go to more’. Tap on ‘airplane mode’ and select ‘off’.
