Check if your printer is connected
Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your tablet
‘Jolimark TP510@ or ‘20:2C:B7@ should be visible as an Available/Paired Device.
The pin to connect the printer to the tablet is 1234.
Make sure your tablet is not on Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode
If the printer is connected and still not printing, it might be that the tablet is set to Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode, which blocks the Bluetooth signal
This happens even if the Bluetooth signal shows up, so please always check that Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode are disabled.
For ASUS tablets:
Go to Settings
Select ‘do not disturb’
Set it to ‘set manually’.
Then select ‘do not disturb off’.
For EXERTIS tablets:
Go to Settings
Select ‘turn off’ under ‘do not disturb’.
If you see an Airplane symbol in the top right corner of the screen and click ‘go to more’. Tap on ‘airplane mode’ and select ‘off’.
