Check if your printer is connected

  • Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your tablet

  • Jolimark TP510@ or ‘20:2C:B7@ should be visible as an Available/Paired Device.

  • The pin to connect the printer to the tablet is 1234.

Make sure your tablet is not on Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode

If the printer is connected and still not printing, it might be that the tablet is set to Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode, which blocks the Bluetooth signal

This happens even if the Bluetooth signal shows up, so please always check that Do Not Disturb/Airplane Mode are disabled.

For ASUS tablets:

  • Go to Settings

  • Select ‘do not disturb’

  • Set it to ‘set manually’.

  • Then select ‘do not disturb off’.

For EXERTIS tablets:

  • Go to Settings

  • Select ‘turn off’ under ‘do not disturb’.

  • If you see an Airplane symbol in the top right corner of the screen and click ‘go to more’. Tap on ‘airplane mode’ and select ‘off’

Check your printer

  • If you see the notification ‘unexpected error’ try rotating the printer aerial and running a test print. If the issue persists, please contact Deliveroo Support.

  • If your printer is connected but does not print, please press the feed button. If the printer does not feed any paper, please contact Deliveroo Support.
