Your opening hours on Deliveroo should match the hours you can fulfil delivery orders and have it ready for the rider.
Keeping your opening hours accurate helps:
Show customers when they can order from you
Prevent rejections
Avoid delays for riders and customers
Editing your opening hours in Hub
To check and change your opening hours go into Hub and direct to the Settings section. You can change your opening hours permanently or temporarily for bank holidays, training or events.
Use the “Settings” tab to access opening hours
Select a day, and add or change the hours
Use the “+ Add Hours” button to add extra shifts on the same day
Remember to “Save Changes” after editing
Note: that you cannot set '0' opening hours.
If you’re planning to close for a full day for a holiday, refurbishments or staff training you should schedule a day off instead.
