In Partner Hub, you can upload photos for several menu items at once in Menu Manager. This article explains how to add photos to the right items and publish your changes.
Before uploading item photos, make sure they meet our image requirements. You can find full guidance on image layout, crop and file type in How to upload your own photos in Menu Manager.
Adding multiple item photos
Go to the Menu Manager page in Partner Hub
At the top of the page, under Improvements to be made, click Add photos before opening a specific menu.
Choose the right menu and click Select menu
Drag and drop your photos onto the page, or click Upload photos to choose multiple files from your computer
Drag each photo onto the correct item under Items missing photos
Crop or zoom the photo if needed, then click Apply
Review any quality check result, guidance or enhancement option shown in Menu Manager
Repeat these steps for each photo, then click Save
Click Done, then click Publish for the changes to appear on your menu
To add photos to another menu, click Update another menu before publishing your changes.
What happens after you upload an item photo?
After you upload an item photo, it will go through a quality check.
Your photo may be:
Approved — the image can continue through the publishing flow.
Rejected — you’ll see a reason and guidance on what to fix.
Needs human review — some photos may still need to be checked manually.
Where available, image enhancement may help improve some eligible issues, such as lighting, colour saturation and blurry images. If enhancement is available, you can review the improved version and choose whether to accept it or replace the image.
If your image is rejected or cannot be enhanced, you’ll need to upload a new photo.
