How to manage Scheduled Orders in Order Manager

With Order Manager, Scheduled Orders have their own dedicated view, organised by collection date and time.

On the day of collection, you'll also see a reminder card on your Live Orders screen, so you can quickly review upcoming orders before they become live.

From the Scheduled screen, you can:

Reviewing Scheduled Orders regularly helps you plan ahead and make sure you have the stock and resources you need.

You'll receive a notification whenever a customer places a Scheduled Order.

Tap the notification to view the order details and review the items included in the order.

When you open a Scheduled Order, you can review the order details, including the items, special instructions and pickup time.

With Order Manager, a "Don't prepare yet" message lets you know the order isn't ready to prepare, so you can review it without starting too early.

When it's time to prepare a Scheduled Order, it automatically moves into Live Orders.

You don't need to move it manually.

From this point, the order follows the standard order journey.
