Open Stock
Open the main menu in Order Manager.
Select Stock.
New in Order Manager: The main menu shows how many items are currently out of stock, so you can see if anything needs your attention before opening Stock.
Mark an item as out of stock
Open Stock.
Browse your menu or use the search bar to find an item.
Select the item.
Choose one of these options:
In stock: Customers can order the item.
Sold out for today: The item stays unavailable until your store closes.
Off the menu: The item is removed from your menu until you make it available again. This option isn't available for all partners.
5. Select Confirm to save your changes.
New in Order Manager: Items marked Sold out for today now remain unavailable until your next working day, instead of automatically becoming available again at midnight.
Find items across your menu
To find the item you need to update, browse through the menu categories or use the search bar. Item images also make it quicker to identify the right item.
New in Order Manager: Timed menus are now available in Order Manager. If you use timed menus, such as Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, you can switch between them from the Stock screen.
Top tip: If an item appears in more than one timed menu, use the search bar to find every version. This helps you update them all at once, so you don't accidentally leave one available to customers.
Find unavailable items
Items that are unavailable are clearly marked throughout the Stock screen.
If you have unavailable items, you'll also see an Out of stock button at the bottom of the screen. Select it to view all unavailable items in one place.
Select it to:
view all unavailable items in one place
return items to stock
quickly update availability as items sell out
This is the fastest way to manage availability if you have a large menu.
