What is Auto-open?
Auto-open opens your site on the Deliveroo app the moment your scheduled opening time begins, so no one has to remember to do it manually. That helps you avoid missing the start of trading, so you're ready to take orders as soon as you're able to fulfil them.
Auto-open uses the opening hours you’ve set in Partner Hub, so it’s important to keep these accurate and up-to-date..
How to start using Auto-open
Check your opening hours performance
Before Auto-open can be enabled, your opening hours need to be reliable.
You’ll need:
At least 95% availability to request Auto-open
To check this:
Log in to Partner Hub
Go to Reports
Download your Availability report
Contact Deliveroo to request Auto-open
Once your availability meets the requirement:
Go to the Help section in Partner Hub
Submit a request asking for Auto-open to be enabled
An agent will review your request and confirm if Auto-open can be activated.
What is Open Reminder?
If you'd prefer not to use Auto-open, or you can't yet meet the 95% availability requirement, Open Reminder can still help you avoid missing your opening time.
