The Open Reminder notification is designed to help with that: it prompts staff to confirm you're ready to trade at your scheduled opening time, so you're less likely to miss orders or get cancellations.

Open Reminder is a helpful tablet notification that makes sure you are ready to open at your scheduled opening time.

Open Reminder pops up with sound alerts 30 minutes before your restaurant's scheduled opening time. To confirm you’re ready to go, the on-site operator just needs to interact with the reminder so we can confidently open the restaurant on time.

The alert will keep sounding every 10 minutes until it is acknowledged. This check-in is required at the start of every shift.

No. If you don't respond, your business will stay closed on the app until someone confirms you're ready to open.

While your business is shown as closed, customers won't be able to place orders. The reminder will continue every 10 minutes until it's acknowledged.

You will be unable to adjust the volume of the alert. To make the noise stop, you will need to acknowledge the Open Reminder.

There are two options presented:

1) Ready to open at your scheduled time

2) Remain Closed
