New Deliveroo Plus Gold Perks

Deliveroo Plus Gold now includes several new perks that add more value for members and bring more demand to your business:

  • 10% credit back for members:
    Plus Gold members will now get 10% credit back on eligible restaurants and grocery orders over AED 80. This is a member-only benefit funded by Deliveroo during the initial launch period to drive more demand to your business.

  • Premium Care:
    Plus Gold members now receive 24/7 priority support. This means faster responses and resolutions when they need help, which improves their experience and makes them more likely to stay loyal and order again.

  • Updated Free Delivery Minimum Order Value:
    Members now need to spend:

    • AED 30 for restaurants

    • AED 50 for grocery and retail

  • Annual plan savings:
    Members can now get better value by choosing a yearly plan of 12 months for the price of 10. To celebrate the relaunch, there’s a special limited-time launch offer of 12 months for the price of 8. Annual plans keep members committed for longer, which builds loyalty and helps deliver steadier demand for your business.
