Deliveroo Plus is a customer subscription that helps drive more frequent and higher-value orders. Members unlock free delivery and rewards, making Deliveroo more attractive and helping partners grow order volume and retention.

Pricing for customers

€9.99 per month or €99.99 per year (12 months for the price of 10). We are carrying out an introductory offer until 31/12/2026: pricing for an annual subscription will be at €49.95 the first year (12 months for the price of 5).

What you need to know

  • Deliveroo funds Credit Back and On-Time Promise credit so there is no cost to partners.

  • No operational changes are required. Orders should be fulfilled as usual.

  • Partners will not be charged for Deliveroo Plus benefits.

What is credit back?

Customers receive 10% of their basket subtotal back in Deliveroo-funded credit when they spend over €30 (excluding consumer fees, tips and donations). The credit is awarded to the customer automatically after delivery, can be used on their next eligible order, and expires after 3 months. This encourages customers to place bigger baskets, which benefits partners. Restricted items are excluded. Customers cannot earn credit on pick-up orders, grouped orders or orders paid with credits.

What is the On-Time Promise?

If an order arrives more than 15 minutes later than the maximum estimate in the order tracker, customers receive €5 Deliveroo-funded credit. The customer has 48 hours to claim their €5 credit . This credit can be used on a future order and expires after 3 months. This reassures customers about reliability, helping build loyalty at no cost to partners.

Who pays for Deliveroo Plus benefits?

Deliveroo funds the delivery fees, Credit Back and On-Time Promise benefits. There is no cost to partners.

Do partners need to make any changes operationally?

No. Orders should be fulfilled as usual. There are no extra steps for Deliveroo Plus orders.

How do customers sign up?

Customers can join Deliveroo Plus via the Deliveroo app or website.
