What is the Deliveroo Rider Network?

We are pleased to introduce the Deliveroo Rider Network - a new feature that gives you the freedom to choose between your own delivery fleet and Deliveroo riders. Now with just a flick of a switch, you can enjoy flexible rider cover, keep track of customer orders and boost your sales during those busy times.

How to use Fleet Switching

  • Enable the Deliveroo Rider Network
    Accept the Terms & Conditions and select the sites you want to enable the feature for. You’ll need to wait 5 minutes before you can switch the feature on.

  • Switch it on from your tablet
    Once you’ve enabled the feature for your available sites, just switch it on from your tablet during opening hours.

  • Let riders know when to arrive
    Set your preparation time to indicate how long it takes you to prepare an average order, ready to pick up.

  • We’ll send riders to you
    Your orders will then be delivered by the Deliveroo rider network. You can switch back to your drivers at any time.

Ready to get started?

  1. Login to Hub and head to Delivery Settings and see the new Deliveroo rider network page next to Areas and Fees.

  2. Press get started to accept the T&C’s to enable the Deliveroo Rider Network toggle on your tablet.

  3. The toggle should appear within a few seconds, but it could take up to 30-45 minutes. Once the toggle appears, you can switch the feature on, and your orders will be delivered by the Deliveroo rider network.

What if I’m enabling Fleet Switching for the first time?

To enable Fleet Switching on your tablet, you’ll need to complete a straightforward initial setup. During this process, you’ll be prompted to set the preparation time for your Restaurant. This ensures orders are delivered on time.

Where can I see the commission breakdown for Partners delivered and Deliveroo Riders?

You can see this in your invoices and payment statement, which can be viewed and downloaded on the Hub.

Can I change an M+ order to a core order so that Deliveroo can handle the delivery?

No, once the toggle is activated, all new orders will be assigned to Deliveroo riders. However, any orders placed before the toggle activation will remain as M+ orders.
