How do I order new signage?
For managed accounts: please speak to your Account Manager to order signage direct to your site(s), or let them know so they can bring it on their next visit.
For non-managed accounts: you can order a selection of functional signage directly from the Deliveroo Packaging website (self-funded).
What new signage is available for me?
Take a look at the product catalogue to see all the new available signage. Please note, some formats may not be available to all Partner types. Speak to your Account Manager for more details and guidance on what formats are best for your stores or sites or reach out to the Partner support team via Hub.
What should I do with my old signage?
Dispose of this responsibly, consider the environment and make sure you are recycling where possible.
How long will it take for my new signage to come?
If an order is placed before 1:30pm Monday - Thursday it will be delivered the next day for UK addresses. For Ireland, delivery takes 2 working days.
How long does it take leaflet orders to arrive?
Leaflet orders are pulled down on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Monday orders will be dispatched on Thursday for delivery Friday and Wednesday orders will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. The maximum order quantity is 12 packs of 250 leaflets. If more are ordered this will take an additional two working days.
I ordered my new signage and it hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Please contact your Account Manager if your signage has not arrived within the above timeframes.
