How do I Enter Experience Mode?

Turn on the Device:

  • Press the Power button.

  • Tap on the "Hello!" Screen.

Select Language:

  • Choose your language.

  • Press "Next."

Select Country/Region:

  • Choose your country or region.

  • Press "Next."

Connect to Network:

  • If using a SIM card: the device connects to the mobile network automatically.

  • If using WiFi/Hotspot: Tap on your network name and connect.

  • Press "Next."

Enter Experience Mode:

  • Tap "Experience mode" at the top right.

  • Tap "Got it" in the pop-up.

  • You are now in Experience Mode with a countdown timer on the screen.

How do I exit Experience Mode?

Tap Countdown Timer Icon:

  • This looks like a clock, usually at the bottom right.

Choose an Option to Exit:

  • End the Experience: Resets and restarts the device.

  • Activate: Exits Experience Mode and starts device activation.

I am an existing user with an iMin device. How can I update the firmware?

Follow these steps to update the firmware of your device.

Update Firmware:

  • Make sure you’re connected to the internet via WiFi or mobile network.

  • Open the Tools folder.

  • Tap on "Wireless Upgrade."

  • Tap "Download" to start downloading the latest firmware.

  • Once done, tap "Restart Immediately."

Note: The update process might take up to 30 minutes. Please be patient.

  • The device will show an 'installation successful' message upon restart. Tap OK.

  • You’ll be navigated to the home screen of your device.

I'm setting up a new device, and it won't accept a WiFi password longer than 16 characters. How can I fix this?

This issue is fixed in the latest firmware. Follow these steps to update your firmware and activate the device.

Turn on the Device:

  • Press the Power button.

  • Tap on the "Hello!" screen.

Select Language:

  • Choose your language.

  • Press "Next."

Select Country/Region:

  • Choose your country or region.

  • Press "Next."

Connect to Network:

  • Temporarily create a mobile hotspot with a password less than 16 characters and connect to it.

  • Press “Next” to continue.

Enter Experience Mode:

  • Tap "Experience mode" at the top right.

  • Tap "Got it" in the pop-up.

  • You are now in Experience Mode with a countdown timer on the screen.

Update Firmware:

  1. Make sure you’re connected to the internet via WiFi or mobile network.

  2. Open the Tools folder.

  3. Tap on "Wireless Upgrade."

  4. Tap "Download" to start downloading the latest firmware.

  5. Once done, tap "Restart Immediately."

Once the installation is completed, the device will show an 'installation successful' message upon restart. Tap OK, and you’ll be navigated to the home screen of your device.

  • It will then enter Experience mode. Press “Got it” to continue.

Activate Device:

  • Tap the countdown timer icon (clock at the bottom right).

  • Tap "Activate."

Connect to Network:

  • You don’t need to connect to WiFi. The device should display "SIM Connected Successfully."

  • Press “Next” to continue.

Successful Activation:

  • Agree to the terms and conditions.

  • Press "Next".

  • You will see a confirmation message. Press "Start Configuration."

I can’t find the Deliveroo Picking App on the device. How can I install it?

Open iMin Store:

  • Tap on the iMin Store icon.

Search and Install the App:

  • Tap the search bar at the top.

  • Type “Deliveroo Order Picker” and tap the search icon.

  • Tap "Install" to download and install the app.
