The Partner Hub Homepage has been redesigned to bring you more actionable data based on your performance and dedicated tips on how to grow your business, including optimising your operations and driving more sales.

How you’re performing

Sales Overview

The new Homepage features a revised sales overview section which shows you ways to improve your business performance through: practical recommendations, downloadable reports, and easier navigation through Hub. In addition, the introduction of an interactive Sales graph allows you to:

• View performance across Gross sales, Accepted orders, and Average order value for a variety of pre-set date filters which you can select at the top of the page.
• Compare this data to the prior period, helping you identify trends and changes in your performance.
• Discover actionable recommendations to help you get the most out of Hub.

Value Programme (UKI only)

You’ll continue to see your Value Programme Score and your performance report on the Homepage, for more information on the Value Programme can be found here.

How to grow your business

This area of the new Homepage includes sections that help you understand, identify and improve metrics that influence your growth on Deliveroo, including ratings and reviews as well as a snapshot of your operational performance. These new sections provide you with:

A view on performance across your customer ratings on the app and operational metrics and the ability to compare these to prior periods, demonstrating changes in your performance.
Actionable recommendations to help you get the most out of Hub.

All the operational information that was on the previous homepage can now be found within the new Operations page which is available from the main menu.

Grocery Partners can also see alternative service level metrics; Incomplete orders, Substituted orders and Pick time.

In addition to insights on service levels and ratings and reviews, you will now be able to assess your menu health! This new component provides insights into your Menu Completeness based on menu items with photos and descriptions and your Menu Conversion. It also shows your Best Selling items.

How to Get Started

Seeing the new Homepage

Your Homepage will automatically update as the launch takes place, there is no action required from you to set this up! Please use the new components freely and provide any feedback via surveys in the Hub or through your Deliveroo contacts.

In the coming months, we’ll be continuing to improve the Homepage, bringing you more features and actionable insights to help you grow on Deliveroo!

FAQs

Where can I find the old insights?

You can find all of your previous operational insights in the Operations page on the main menu.

How do I change the date range?

You can use the date picker at the top of the Homepage to select date ranges including: Last 7 days, Last Week, Last 30 days and Last Month.

How can I download this data?

Follow ‘Go to Reports’ to download a range of reports to better understand your performance.

Where can I find the actionable recommendations?

These recommendations are located via the “How do I…” links at the bottom of each section on the homepage. Each one will open a pop up with suggestions of actions you can take in Hub, and links to further educational resources.

The yellow banners next to the data also give you handy tips on why the information you’re seeing on the homepage is important to help you grow.

How can I give feedback?

Look out for a pop-up survey in the Partner Hub which enables you to provide feedback on the Hub Homepage!
