2. Are you able to offer commission relief for restaurants affected by coronavirus?

Unfortunately we cannot provide commission relief at this time. The COVID-19 outbreak is challenging for all businesses and we've outlined some measures below which you can take to reduce your cost basis:

  • We can help improve your menu to optimise customer conversion
  • We can help you optimise your delivery estate by picking the locations that give you the greatest coverage, and optimal sales volume (only applicable to multi-sites)
  • We can introduce you to our procurement team to help you look into reducing your food costs

3. Are you able to increase frequency of payment cycles to help us with cash flow issues?

To help support restaurant partners, we’re introducing daily payment processing to provide you with much faster access to revenue from your delivery sales.

  • UK: This will be available to all restaurants across the UK by 1st April.
