What is a £ off Item offer?
The £ off Item mechanic empowers Grocery partners to provide discounts on specific items rather than the entire menu. This helps better align Deliveroo menus with in-store deals and enhances the perception of value for customers.
How to put the offer in place
Steps
Log into Partner Hub
Access the Marketer section
Go to the “Marketer” section
Select “Offers”
Create an Item Discount Offer
Choose “Item Discount – £ off item” as the offer type
Click “Create Offer”
Configure offer details
Select the sites where the offer will apply
Set the timing for the offer
Choose the customer group
Download items
Download the items list
Ensure you have:
The item number
The discount specified (X% off or X£s off)
Create and upload CSV file
Create a CSV file using the provided template
Upload the CSV file
Note: Errors will occur if there are any mistakes.
Finalise
• Once everything is correct, go live with the offer.
