This article contains information and guidance on the following:
Our Value Programme has proven instrumental in driving growth. We've seen that restaurants improving their Value score from “Okay” to “Good” and “Great” experience an average of 18% more traffic and 11% more sales (and 21% more traffic and 9% more sales in France). Deliveroo is committed to ensuring customers receive great value for their money, which is why we continue to champion and reward partners who deliver amazing experiences at fair prices.
To further empower our “Good” and “Great” scoring partners, Deliveroo is introducing new in-app video content capabilities designed to elevate performance, enhance brand presence, and drive long-term success on the platform.
These videos will be visible in two key areas of the app:
Highlights Carousel
Located on the Discovery Page, a dedicated space for customers to find amazing restaurants they’ve never ordered from before. Appearing on this new carousel offers videos prime placement and gives Good and Great partners significant visibility, helping them attract new customers.
Partner Highlights Carousel
A new, dedicated carousel appearing directly on your menu. This eye-catching feature helps partners show off their food, express their brand’s personality, and build customer trust, ultimately boosting conversion rates and repeat orders.
Ideas of what types of content you may want to consider uploading

Get to know us
This is your chance to tell your brand story, help customers understand what you’re about and what makes you unique. Content could include:
Showing the cooking process from start to finish of your most famous dishes
Highlighting the ingredients that go into some of your famous dishes
