Why is my tablet screen blank/white?

If you see a blank screen, white text or pictures please follow the steps below depending on your tablet model:

For ASUS:

  • Remove the tablet from the stand

  • Hold down the power button for 10 seconds, and turn on the tablet as you normally would.

  • If you still cannot turn on the tablet, please contact Deliveroo Support.

For EXERTIS:

  • Remove the tablet from the stand

  • Hold down the power button for 5 seconds and turn on the tablet as you normally would.

  • If this did not work, try charging the tablet by connecting it to a computer for at least 2 hours (sometimes when the battery is fully depleted, the tablet needs more charging power).

  • If you still cannot turn on the tablet, please contact Deliveroo Support.

If you see the Operational Systems Screen it means that any of the three buttons along the side of the tablet have been pushed down for more than 20 seconds. Please remove the tablet from the stand, turn it on and readjust the stand to make sure that it does not press down on any of the buttons.

Why is my tablet not charging?

Please charge the tablet by connecting it to a computer for at least 2 hours, as sometimes when the battery is fully depleted, the tablet needs more charging power than a conventional charger.

If you see physical damage to the charging port or the cable, please contact Deliveroo Support.

Why is my app closing on its own?

The Deliveroo app will close automatically after the tablet has been disconnected from WiFi for 10 minutes in order to prevent an increase of rejected orders.

Why can't I open the app?

Please make sure that the tablet is charged, that none of the buttons are being compressed by the stand and that the tablet is connected to WiFi.

Why can I not see the Deliveroo app?

If the Deliveroo app has been deleted from the tablet you will need to contact Deliveroo Support.

The app cannot be downloaded through the Google Play Store. Please contact Deliveroo Support.

Why is my screen locked?

We strongly advise against setting a pin or pattern to unlock the tablet, as we will not be able to provide you with password information if you forget how to unlock the tablet.

If the tablet is locked and you cannot remember the details, please contact Deliveroo Support in order for us to reset the tablet settings.

Why is my tablet turning on and off?

Please make sure that the stand is adjusted correctly and is not pressing down on any of the tablets buttons.

If the tablet continues to turn on and off independently, please contact Deliveroo Support.
