If you see a blank screen, white text or pictures please follow the steps below depending on your tablet model: 

For ASUS: 

  • Remove the tablet from the stand
  • Hold down the power button for 10 seconds, and turn on the tablet as you normally would.
  • If you still cannot turn on the tablet, please contact Deliveroo Support. 

For EXERTIS: 

  • Remove the tablet from the stand, 
  • Hold down the power button for 5 seconds and turn on the tablet as you normally would. 
  • If this did not work, try charging the tablet by connecting it to a computer for at least 2 hours (sometimes when the battery is fully depleted, the tablet needs more charging power). 
  • If you still cannot turn on the tablet, please contact Deliveroo Support.

If you see the Operational Systems Screen it means that any of the three buttons along the side of the tablet have been pushed down for more than 20 seconds. Please remove the tablet from the stand, turn it on and readjust the stand to make sure that it does not press down on any of the buttons.
