During busy periods it can be difficult to keep up with the number of orders that come through the kitchen and can lead to you to saying no to a customer's order. This should be a last resort. Rejecting an order is one of the worst experiences a customer can have and it can significantly impact future sales. 

Not only does rejecting an order mean you miss out on a potential sale, we have also found that when a restaurant rejects a customer's order, it reduces the chances of that same customer reordering.
